Zachary got checked into the hospital today. He has electrodes on his scalp to monitor his seizures until Thursday when they will put them directly on his brain.
He typically is on three medications both morning and night, but they have reduced it to only one of the medications with half the dosage. We want him to have seizures so that way they will be able to see where they are happening.

Wow, He is in my prayers. What are they going to do once they see an actual seizure? Do they have a treatment in mind or is this so they can maybe just figure out whats causing them so your family can adjust its lifestyle to limit them?
ReplyDeleteHey Joey. Once they determine where the seizures are happening they are goingto remove those portions of the brain...scary stuff! He has been taking three different medications which havent been working. The surgery should make him seizure free with either no medication or at least not as many. Thanks so much for your prayers!
